Clara Baio and Antonija Atanasova bring together the warmth of their rich heritages and a shared passion for tradition and craft. Clara’s journey began in a small Sicilian bakery, where, as a child, she learned the art of Italian baking from her grandparents, mastering the creation of crusty loaves, flavorful focaccias, and delicate pastries. After moving to the United States, her love for baking blossomed in her home kitchen, ultimately inspiring her to pursue the dream of opening her own bakery.
Meanwhile, Antonija's story began in Macedonia, where her love for coffee ignited a lifelong pursuit of excellence. In the U.S., she became a celebrated barista, honing her skills with intricate espresso machines and sharing her expertise with others through training and mentorship.
Together, Clara and Antonija blend the best of Italian baking and artisanal coffee, creating a haven where every loaf and every cup is a celebration of their passion, culture, and dedication.
